A planning submission has been submitted to Moira Council dated 1st of May 2020 in regard to rezoning approximately 2.6 hectares (6.42 acres) into Commercial Zoning which the Development Proponent has indicated will be utilised as a supermarket, specialty store and small retail outlets.

Concept Plans provided show a proposed 2 phase subdivision. Phase 1 and 2 to yield 127 residential allotments ranging from 511 square metres – 2,483 square metres.
